BACKGROUND:
I have been working in media for the past twenty years.
This includes video production in both live sports and narrative filmmaking, video editing, photography, graphic design, web design, motion graphics, VFX, VR, and production audio. I also have been working as a producer on live sports events and reality productions.
Having worked in these different fields has given me a high level of proficiency with cross discipline skills and communications, which is crucial when working with larger teams that I work with. A great example of this is recent live production where the event used a VR rig with AI tracking to produce a basketball game tournament. This required understanding of how these technologies work as well as communications with offsite teams to coordinate a smooth production.
This cross pollination of discipline has also nurtured my creative eye as a Director of Photography. Working at an acting studio taught me invaluable skills about working with actors and how to overcome possible limitations. I also learned a great deal about how to help your director get the most ideal visuals. My strong experience with post workflows and editing is beneficial to post teams as I can avoid many common pitfalls that can happen.
HIGHLIGHTS:
I have had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects, international and in the United States. Working as DP on the international travel/drinking show “Four Sheets”, shooting a commercial and virtual tour for Kennedy Space Center, filming shows for Cheer Worlds, DP at Indy Actor Studio, and being a producer for FloSports for dozens of events all over the country.
IN CLOSING:
I excel at seeing the bigger picture—connecting ideas, anticipating challenges, and finding smart, effective solutions. I’m quick on my feet, highly dedicated, and committed to delivering the highest quality work possible. As a skilled cinematographer and well-rounded generalist, I bring both technical expertise and a strong work ethic to every project. I'm easy to collaborate with and always focused on making the process smooth, efficient, and creatively fulfilling for everyone involved.
